Vicky has an Accounting and Finance background, with more than 15 years of experience. She was Assistant Financial Reporting Manager with GasLog Ltd, an international ex-NYSE listed shipping group, where she specialized in SEC financial reporting and SOX compliance. She previously worked for PwC, providing assurance services in integrated audits of US-listed entities and IPOs.

Vicky is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
