Maria has a venture capital and strategy background. She was a Senior Associate at ffVC, a US-European VC fund with $300M AUM, where she supported 9 investments from Pre-Seed to Series A, working closely with partners across the entire investment process. Prior to that, she gained experience at Inovo VC, a CEE-focused early-stage fund, and at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Maria holds double-degree master’s degrees from HEC Paris and Bocconi University, and a bachelor’s degree from Kozminski University.
